Home Smart and Koehler Lux-Stone were amazing. Broken pipe under tub made me say “time for a shower install” but I only have one bathroom! Salesman Matt showed up next day and expedited my order. Within 10 days I had a beautiful shower install done Professionally and with quality products, could not be happier!

We love our new shower and tub The quality of the installation by Bob was outstanding. The shower walls look beautiful. We also love the lifetime warranty on everything. We had an issue with the built in shelves that was because of a design issue. Two Home Smart technicians came out to fix the issue. It only took them 5 minutes for the fix and I am sure the travel time far exceeded that amount of time

The men came, installed the shower, kept the house and floors clean, and the shower is beautiful.

The shower install is very pricey, looking back, I don’t think I’d pay that kind of money just for a shower when in fact the whole bathroom could have been for that price. The people who installed the shower did a superb job, they ran into a couple things that weren’t expected, however, they never complained, shower floor does not squeak. They were knowledgeable, and worked diligently. Overall, I am pleasantly pleased, am glad I did not go with any of the other shower install competitors, pleased with the quality of the product, and ease of cleaning.

I am very pleased with Home Smart. The customer service, pricing and workmanship was much more than I ever expected. Geovanny and his assistant was a pleasure to work with. Delayed installation due to the lack of understanding as too who was responsible for electrical breaker box install. Otherwise, I am totally satisfied and extremely happy with the Walk-In Tub.

We are very happy with the job your contractors did for us. They demolished a 1970's blue bathtub and replaced it with a very nice walk in shower. Your sales rep., Jarod, did a great presentation resulting in our signing a contract with your company right then and there. We were surprised that the installers were ready as soon as they were. Your office called to tell us all supplies were in, and their installers were ready to do the job. They came early that Monday morning and worked until way into the evening. They returned Wednesday morning and completed the job. My family and I have truly enjoyed our walk in shower! It is aesthetically pleasing and very nice for our showering experience. My family are strictly shower people so having a walk in shower suits us so much better than navigating a bathtub for our showers. We are very glad to have these sliding glass doors instead of a curtain. The brushed nickel fixtures are so elegant. Having the two grab bars is a real advantage while showering. Your sales rep, and your installers were very personable, competent, and pleasant to deal with. We tell our family and friends about your company and send many pictures to them.

We used HomeSmart for a tub to shower conversion. From start to finish we were impressed by the knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism of this company. Our sales person, Whitney, was personable and clearly interested in making sure we would be satisfied with the product. She took multiple measurements of the tub and bathroom, provided us with several options, and helped us visualize what our new shower would look like. The project was scheduled even earlier than we anticipated. Michael, our installer, and his helper arrived on time, prepared extensively (including the use of drop cloths from the front door up to the bathroom), and was a delight to work with. He explained what he would be doing, was receptive to us viewing and taking pictures of the process, and worked throughout the day without even taking a break to eat. Everything turned out beautifully! We have been extremely pleased our new shower. It functions very well and we now have no concerns about safety because of the grab bars that were installed. We also have shelves to use for shampoo and soap. We would strongly recommend Home smart to others who are looking to do a tub to shower conversion.

We love our new Kohler walk-in tub! DJ and Chad were expert in installing and explaining its operation.

Overall, it was very good. The electrician was a nice person, but he did not know how to run a cable to my upper unit without going through the lower unit. After the job was done, he left the place unproperly cleaned. This was not his primary job, and please ask for a professional person next time.

The workers were efficient and completed the project in one day. They left our house as they found it. The Kohler quality products are very good and we’re very happy with the entire project.

Right now I am waiting on a call back because I’m not completely satisfied yet with my full glass shower door. I sent pictures showing how the water has long streaks of water coming down the glass and the water is filling up on the back side track were the back glass door is locked next to the built in shower seat. I need all of these problems addressed and resolved where no water is making puddles of water on my new shower flooring and filling up in the shower tracking. I hope that the same installers will come back out and resolve my issues. Thank you Pattie McGorman
