Our Community Involvement

Home Smart Industries is grateful to have the opportunity to give back to worthy causes within our local community and beyond. A few of the organizations we donate regularly are Folds of Honor Foundation, Pennsylvania Sheriffs’ Association, USO, Homes for Our Troops and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. We also donate to Kennett Area Community Services Food Pantry and Protection4Paws.

Home Smart Sends Aid To Ukraine via Convoy of Hope

When Russia invaded Ukraine, more than 4 million innocent civilians were forced to flee in fear. Neighboring countries have opened their borders to refugees and organizations are rushing to help the innocent Ukrainians by providing food, water and shelter. In April, the team at Home Smart decided to support the refugees with donations to the Convoy of Hope.

“Convoy of Hope is a non-profit charity that has a stellar reputation. They score extremely high on charitable.com review of how expenses are allocated vs. those in need getting the support. They are already up and running supporting the refuges already all-around Ukraine,” Says Mark Kenyon, Home Smart’s President & CEO.

Convoy of Hope is in 8 neighboring countries providing relief supplies like food, water, hygiene kits and medical supplies. They have now secured a warehouse in Poland that will provide for refugees as well as enable shipments of supplies. Here at Home Smart with the donations of employees and a donation match by Mark Kenyon, we have donated $2,280.00 to send to Convoy of Hope! Thank you everyone who has donated!
