We want you completely satisfied with the installation of our home improvement products, so we provide a comprehensive, exclusive Labor Guarantee for the one-time installation of select products, hardware and devices/peripherals.
This Home Smart Exclusive Labor Guarantee does not apply to product defects. Product defects are covered under the applicable product (Kohler) warranties. Buyers should review the applicable product warranties for warranty coverage and limitations applying to respective products.
Products should be inspected prior to installation and any defects must be reported at that time. Installation constitutes acceptance of the products. Damage to product caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance is not covered by this warranty.
The proper finishing, care and maintenance of our products are the buyers’ responsibility and are important to assuring that they products will perform effectively, year after year.
We reserve the right to deny or reverse any and all warranty claims for parts, labor, or miscellaneous charges when errors are found or warranty provisions are abused or fraudulent claims are submitted.
