We had our existing custom shower replaced with a Kohler LuxStone shower and it looks fantastic! Our salesperson, David, was great. The installers were quick and efficient and left our home immaculate. We are very happy with our new shower!

Our Home Smart Industries installers were very professional and courteous. They keep us updated on their arrival time due to the almost 12 inches of snow we received. Home Smart did a terrific job remodeling two bathrooms all accomplished ontime with beautiful results.The two projects were complicated because of the removal of an old cast iron tub and a large garden tub. Complicated plumbing was involved as well as rewiring of the electrical panel. The installer left the projects clear of debris at t he end of each work day. I'm enjoying both the walk-in shower and walk-in bath. No problems have occurred and everything is functioning properly. The bath fills and empties quite rapidly and its whirlpool jets and especialy its bubble massage function are simply marvelous. I rate these two projects with 5 stars out of 5 stars.

Home Smart installed a Kohler LuxStone shower. Biscuit pan & 2 side walls, crosscut dune back wall, 9” biscuit locker on right wall opposite shower head. It was a delight to deal with Dean, the salesperson, as he was friendly & professional and helped me create the design I now enjoy. The installers, Bob & Jason went above & beyond. They were considerate, polite, thorough, great communicators and skilled craftsmen. At no extra cost, they filled a gap in the outer wall and applied the necessary insulation, which had been missing. The 18 month interest-free payment plan was helpful. Materials, service & warranty were worth the money.

We had an excellent experience with this company. From the sales associate to the project crew, all went smoothly and professionally. The project crew was efficient and knowledgeable. They completed the project in one day and advised us on each step of the process. The materials used were top notch and the final result is beautiful. She was very personable, no pressure, and knew what she was talking about. The installers did the job right. We wanted a quality product and they handle only Kohler products.

Crew came in timely manner, did a good job. Some work had to be done outside despite cold temperatures. Unfortunately, one panel was cracked. Crew offered to drive to shop, get panel and return early next morning (it was already after 6:00 pm). Daughter and I both had appointments for next day so replacement was delayed until Monday. Again, crew did good work. We didn’t realize there was no finished ceiling included, but contact initiated by rep resulted in ceiling being installed at future date. Overall we were very satisfied.

We absolutely love our new shower installed by Home Smart Industries !!!! The installer Sam and Alyssa did an absolutely phenomenal job !!! If you're thinking about a tub to shower conversion go with Home Smart Industries, The products that they offer are far superior to other companies !!! Everything in our shower from pan to shelves is Kohler brand. I highly recommend Home Smart Industries for your tub to shower project !!!

Our installers were very prompt arriving at the start of the arrival window. Job was completed in about 4 hours, and they demonstrated how everything works. Cleaned up and left the house in better condition than when they arrived

The installers were very professional. Drop cloths were used every place they were going to walk and they even put up plastic curtains to keep any construction dust contained. They even put a package that was delivered in the house! They were amazing.
