We also had a great experience with Alex and his crew as they installed the tub. They worked very professionally, making sure they left our bathroom in better shape than when they arrived. Our walk in shower turned out great.They arrived at 11 and finished up at 9.They put a runner down to keep it he floor clean.I am so glad we chose Home Smart.I would recommend to any one who is looking to put in a walk in Shower. Terry

The installers arrived on time and worked long hard days. Really know their stuff. The two installers could have benefited from a third person to help set up and then clean up at the end. Maybe could have reduced their time by several hours.

They took care with demo and install and my home was as clean ad it was before and after. Vince showed me how the work was progressing, answered all of my questions, and completed the job in 1 day.

The work was completed in 2 days, as was promised, after running into a plumbing problem which was handled by the very competent, pleasant, and professional staff. The workers took no breaks or lunch, wanting to finish the job timely. Everything was explained and all questions answered. The work was beautifully done and I'm enjoying my new walk-in tub.

Had a bathtub shower stall replaced with just a shower stall, no tub. Everything was masked and cleaned during the install. Very happy with the outcome.

It was a very pleasant experience trusting Home Smart with the project of converting our bath tub to a standing shower. They removed existing tub/shower etc and installed new walk-in shower with careful, consistent energy and good humor. The choice of using Kholer for this project was validated in part by their good work and in part by the use we will enjoy from the fine new rain shower. Well done and thank you gentlemen.

They were respectful of my property and very careful not damage anything while bringing in supplies. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect before moving onto the next. They even cleaned up when they were finished.

We are so pleased with our new LuxStone shower! The whole process was very smooth and pleasant, from our initial meeting with John to discuss our options, to the actual installation. John answered our many questions, and was extremely helpful with finalizing our accessory choices. Customer service was great—they were very accommodating when it came to scheduling and followup. Bob and Jason were outstanding installers. They were so respectful of our home, and everything was spotless when they were finished. They consulted with us throughout the project, and made sure everything was to our liking. Their attention to detail was amazing! They definitely went above and beyond to give us a perfect shower. Our new shower is absolutely beautiful! Our entire experience with HomeSmart was so positive; we highly recommend them, and plan to use them again in the future.

Everybody was very professional, but I did have a problem with a mistake made by your measurement person . When he came to measure the space he moved a stool that I use to put make up on over to the other side of the bathroom by the toilet but unfortunately, he didn’t return it to its original place and when I got up in the middle of the night I didn’t see it on the way to the bathroom and I tripped over the stool and fell against the toilet and hit my face on the floor. I ended up in the emergency room with damage to my face . This happened in October and I’m still feeling pain from the scar tissue on my lip.
