Hiring Customer Service/ Sales Representative Agent
We are a local, family owned and operated Bath Remodeling Company. We are looking for confident and driven individuals to join our team.
Home Smart Industries is rapidly expanding and we are looking for an Inside Sales Rep effective immediately. NO COLD CALLING!!! INBOUND AND WARM OUTBOUND CALLS ONLY. Working hours are 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday and Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are hiring customer service/ sales positions that are part-time and full-time positions and those with home improvement phone room experience would be preferred.
Guaranteed Hourly – Plus Weekly & Monthly Bonuses!
****Sign on Bonus – after 90 days – $250 & after 6 months – $500****
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Booking appointments with home owners who have needs for our products and services
- Creating customer interest, answer questions of clients
- Maintain a large daily call volume of inbound/outbound calls
- Identifies and qualifies opportunities for our highly trained team of outside sales representatives
- Ideal candidates must demonstrate persistence, overcome objections and achieve appointment-setting goals
- Place outbound calls and set sales appointments from generated leads provided
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and policies
- Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
Qualifications:
- High energy, self-motivated, competitive individuals who can create interest in our products and services
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi task
- Excellent telephone & oral communication skills: All qualified candidates must be mature-minded individuals with a talent for communicating professionally on the telephone
- Ability to work independently or as a team in a fast pace environment with flexibility to change
- Strong Computer Skills – Able to learn CRM system and utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- High-School Diploma required
- Ability to type 45 WPM
Experience:
- Customer Service Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Outbound Calling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Appointment Setting: 1 year (Preferred)
